Directors Note: Liz has been coming
to Kamp helping folks through their aches and pains and rigors of all
night jamming since 2007. She has a super set of hands, wit and vocal
chords. Singing jazz at night and working out your sore muscles and
joints during the day. Be sure to sign up for your time with Liz while
at Kamp. You may want to call or write her ahead to be sure to get on

Liz Martin, Licensed Massage
Therapist, graduated 15 years ago from the Bonita Springs School of
Massage in Florida, and from there has worked such places as a
chiropractor's office, The Ritz Carlton, Naples, FL, Duke Diet and
Fitness Center in Durham, NC., while also running a private practice.
Her specialty is pain management, rehabilitation and holistic healing,
borrowing techniques from Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, Myofascial
Release, Stretching, and energy work from Reiki and The BodyTalk System.
Liz also trained as a singer and performer, so of special interest to
her is posture, balance, holding instruments, and breathing, especially
during performance! This will be Liz's third year at Kamp and she very
much looks forward to meeting and working with your tired, achy and
stressed bodies and minds... and afterwards, singing and jamming!
Liz will be offering table massage sessions for 1/2, an hour or 1 1/2
hours, down in the lower level of Thaw Hall and/or chair massage
sessions at 10 minute or more increments - for those, you can find her
set up in front of the cafeteria during lunch and dinner times - if
she's not booked with a table massage. Sign up for table massage on the
huge sign-up sheet outside of the Kamp Store, or contact Liz beforehand

Prices are this: Table: $45 - 1/2 hr, $70 - hr, $105 - 1.5 hrs; Chair
massage: $1 per minute, with a free trial. During Registration, Liz will
be set up for chair massage and sign-up sheets as well. Come over and
say hi!........ and for consultation/advice/can you fix this?.... just
